Question: Do you hold seminars in my area?
Answer:
We conduct seminars all around Australia and New Zealand (see Seminar Locations). If you are interested in attending a Wenatex “Healthy Sleep for a Better Life” seminar near you, please go to the Seminar Registration page on this website and fill in your details. A Wenatex representative will get back to you with a seminar date, time, and venue convenient to you.
Question: I work shift work and cannot get to a seminar in the evening. Do you run seminars at lunchtime or on the weekend?
Answer: Yes, we run 12noon and 7pm seminars from Monday to Saturday. Fill in your details on the Seminar Registration page and when a Wenatex representative calls you, mention to them that you would like to book a lunchtime seminar, and they will advise you of the venues and dates convenient to you.
Question: Your offer of a complimentary meal and free gift for attending a seminar seems too good to be true. Is there a catch?
Answer: There is no catch. We want to educate you about the benefits of a healthy sleep and show you the latest in sleep system technology. Our years of experience have shown that this is best done in a seminar format. Wenatex seminars are completely obligation free, so just sit back, soak up the information, and enjoy the presentation.
Question: Every morning when I wake up, I sneeze. Does this have something to do with my bed? Can you advise me if there is anything I can do?
Answer: Yes, it definitely can have a lot to do with your bed. If you have had your mattress for longer than 12 months, it may be harbouring dustmites and allergen. We suggest that you attend a “Healthy Sleep for a Better Life” seminar and learn more about what you can do to improve your sleep environment. Go to the Seminar Registration page on this website.
Question: I wake up several times a night. Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening?
Answer: Yes, there are many different things you can try. The Sleep Tips page of this website has some excellent suggestions. We also suggest you attend a “Healthy Sleep for a Better Life” seminar and find out more about how you can improve your sleep environment.
Question: I have questions relating to my sleep, do you have someone I can speak with?
Answer: Yes, in addition to the articles on sleep related subjects on this website, you can also email a sleep advisor who can answer any questions you may have. To do this, please visit the Contact Us page and submit your query.
