Wenatex The Sleep System is not obligated to provide a refund if you change your mind about a purchase. Please call or email us if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days so that we can resolve any problems.
All products must be returned in their original condition (i.e. unused). All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the consumer. You are responsible for safely packaging your return to ensure we receive the items in resalable condition.
If theft or damage occurs to the goods during transit, we advise that you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Wenatex The Sleep System will not be responsible for parcels lost/stolen or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, if an attempt has been made to alter the product, if they have been dropped or broken.
If you meet all the return guidelines Wenatex will assess and offer a full refund or exchange. We have a dedicated Customer Service team that are available by phone and email to assist you.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Wenatex and PayPal containing your order details (if you have provided your email address).
We will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
Your goods will be sent via Star Track or Australia Post within 2 working days; however, if goods are unavailable, delivery may take a little longer.
